There is always another choice

What a great statement! That is the message that I have been trying to express to you all through this blog; we are the authority in our lives, not some government or so-called “authority” figure, and it is our choice to embrace that fact or to continue to allow these false precepts to rule our lives. It really is that simple, and again, I AM living proof it is true.

Many ask for “proof” that the Acknowledgment of the Deed “works”, or that it “zeroes out the mortgage” or eliminates “property tax”. Well, I personally have no “proof” that would satisfy those who are asking. What I can tell you is that we are still using the home, despite all of the attempts that have been made to change that.

I care not what “Name” is on the “Public Record” for the “Real Estate”; the only thing that matters is that we are using it. I care not what the “court” does; “court” is part of the fictious world that only exists in the minds of men and only deals with “legal entities” – i.e. Names.

The Name is the key to unlock the door, but remember that door goes both ways. You can choose to be the Name and accept all of the benefits, along with the duties, and spend all your time trying to understand the “system” of six plus million statutes and codes that Names must operate under. Or, you can choose to be that which you truly are – a vessel for God, OF God.

The latter is governed by one simple law, do unto others as you would have them do unto you. As long as you hurt no one, you are free to do what you will. It may seem unrealistic to many, but again, the more I practice BEing in this frame of mind the more it seems I AM becoming “invisible” to the “system”.

I believe that is because the “system” only deals with controversy, not love. Where there is no controversy there is no reason for the “system” to pay any attention or get involved. There’s too much “low hanging fruit” to be picked for the “system” to bother with those who are living in a Divine state of mind.

Whether you believe it or not, you have the very same choice. I hope that you all will turn away from that which only serves to distract us from the true lesson of who we are, so that you too can live in the Divine light of love and simplicity.

ps: please forgive my absence of late, as I’m still struggling with an almost non-functioning computer that makes doing anything online so frustrating. We are nearing critical mass

This blog was started to help people stay in their homes, but it is about much more than that. We are on a spiritual journey that has been egged on by overwhelming tyranny and false “authority”, and I feel – as opposed to believe – that we are very close to reaching “critical mass”. When that happens, the “game” is over.

Today there is a great new article from David Wilcock posted on his DivineCosmos website that every One must read. If you are not interested in anything beyond your little world well then, hang on and be prepared for whatever is handed to you. No griping, no complaining, no more whining. Either DO something or go back to sleep and be a slave. It really is your choice.

When you are done reading that article, and have done some background investigation for your own Self into anything that you are unfamiliar with being discussed in the article, then I highly suggest you watch the move that Colleen posted here.

Yes, the movie is two hours long and you will spend (I hope) at least thirty minutes reading the article at Divine Cosmos and researching the facts you are not familiar with. If you think that is too much of “your” time to spend on something that does not “entertain” or “distract” you, then again I suggest you just turn the television on and go back to sleep.

There simply is no time left for wallowing in ignorance or laziness. We are nearing critical mass, you can either be part of it or you can sit on the sidelines and wonder what happened.

I say these things with love in my heart, and it is my will that you all come back to One.

The tide has turned

Greetings to all! Can you feel it? I do.

This past week you all have shown that you have reached a new level of understanding of Self, and I Am beside my Self with JOY!

Those of you who are being “tested” after filing your Acknowledgment are doing so well in dealing with those who are attempting to “bully” you or instill fear in order to compel you to “do” some thing. I Am so proud of all of you, and you are so loved!

We must remember in these trying times to always treat our brothers and sisters with love, regardless of how we are treated. This is a battle of the Self, not Things. We will do well to always remember that.

While I understand many are only recently becoming “aware” of the True Self, time is short and we need to bring every One up to speed as quickly as possible.

To that end, I Am sharing with you some words from a woman who IS the embodiment of Creation, and she knows it. To her credit, she is risking her own personal safety in trying like heck to make the rest of us wake up to the reality WE ARE ALL THE SAME and we are One. Federal Reserve/OCC Independent Foreclosure Review

Has any One else received a Notice of Eligibility for an Independent Foreclosure Review? Paragraph one on page one reads as follows:

“The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (federal bank regulators) have required an Independent Foreclosure Review to identify customers who may have been financially injured as a result of errors, misrepresentations, or other deficiencies made during the foreclosure process.”

It then goes on to say “GMAC Mortgage, LLC’s records indicate that your loan maybe meet the initial criteria…” [yours will have the name of whatever so-called lender you are dealing with]

Hmm. Okay, well I can think of at least one misrepresentation – when did I get a loan?

I am going to work on a response for this, I think it is important to fill out their form and send it back. But there is nothing that says what I have to write on it.

If any One else got one of these you may consider using it as an opportunity to poke a few sticks at the CON-struct, and that is exactly what I am going to do!

Deadline for submission of the form is April 30, 2012. When I’m done I’ll post it so you all can see what I did. Oh and, Happy new year every One!

Checking in

Hi every One, I hope you all had a wonderful love-filled holiday! I’m still limited on internet access but am managing to get online a couple times a week to answer emails and post to the blog if needed. There have not been many emails this past week, probably due to the holiday. I would like to think that you all have studied so well you are getting it done on your own, without any hassle.

Thank you to Phi Sciences, Dipak P., Courtney, and Wes B. for the recent donations! So far the funds have been used to obtain a recertified (ie: used) smart phone for internet access at home. The cost of the recertified Android device was about the same as what it would have cost in fuel to drive to town seven times to get online, and that is without including the cost of a high-end beverage purchase at the local coffee house.

I AM still working on the computer issues and have discovered part of the problem: Windows has decided that the OEM Vista operating system is no longer “valid” and is in the process of shutting down access to other programs like Word and Media Player. I believe this is a direct attempt to get folks to upgrade to the newest operating system, Windows 7. Well, I’m ready for an upgrade all right – to a Mac. I refuse to be forced into anything, especially some thing that is attempting to force me to “buy” or “pay”. Hey Microsoft, kiss my Italian behind!

So again I ask that you all help One and other figure out what you need to get your deed acknowledged, and keep studying so you are ready for whatever may happen. This is not the “be all end all” to the problem, however it is a valid procedure that carries more weight than we effectively know how to wield at this time.

While a few do not realize the power of the Acknowledgment and continue to ask for “proof” many of us are going forth and DO-ing, and we are getting results whether you choose to believe or not. The fact that I AM still using this home after two years says it all, and for those who want “guarantees” well you are never going to get one. There simply are no guarantees in life, period. Like it or lump it, that is just how it is.

If we can let go of our desire for “proof” and “guarantees” we are more open to new ways of BEing, ways that are more conducive to the mysterious world that we live in where nothing is as it seems. For me this has been the key to my personal evolution and has been instrumental in how the world I live in has changed to reflect my heart’s desire for peace and love.

The Law of Attraction is in full effect, so be careful what you focus on – you just may get it.

Happy Holidays

It’s official, the computer I have been using is beyond repair with the current resources available.

There is no way for me to post to the blog, upload sample documents, or respond to your emails without a computer. The  nearest public computer & internet access is more than 25 miles away – and that’s just one way.

Therefore, I AM sad to say that until the computer is fixed or replaced this will be the last post.

You all will have to band together and assist one another during this time. Kind of fitting for the season, but I know you are up for the task.

Computer & connectivity problems

Just wanted to let every One know that I AM having major computer problems and internet connectivity issues. Please be patient while I try to repair things, as I may not be able to answer emails or post anything to the blog until the problems are resolved.
